A Tribe Called Quest’s “We Got It From Here” Claims #1 On US iTunes Sales Chart; Sting, Leslie Odom, Jr Follow

As of 2:10AM ET Friday morning, new releases from veteran acts claim the top two spots on the US iTunes album sales chart.

A Tribe Called Quest is leading the way with new release “We Got It From Here … Thank You 4 Your Service” Sting, meanwhile, occupies the #2 position with his new album “57th & 9th.”

Leslie Odom, Jr.’s “Simply Christmas” follows at #3, while the late Leonard Cohen’s “You Want It Darker” is presently #4.

Emeli Sande’s new “Long Live The Angels” occupies the #5 position.

Ronnie Dunn’s “Tattooed Heart” (#6), the “Trolls” soundtrack (#7), Pentatonix’s “A Pentatonix Christmas” (#8), Alicia Keys’ “HERE” (#9), and In Flames’ “Battles” (#10) complete the Top 10.

Specific pojections for the week’s key new releases should emerge this weekend.
