Machine Gun Kelly x Camila Cabello’s “Bad Things” Heading Top 30 At Pop & Rhythmic Radio

Two weeks ago, Machine Gun Kelly x Camila Cabello’s “Bad Things” reached the Top 40 at pop radio.

This week, it will very likely enter the Top 30.

It should do the same at rhythmic radio.

According to Mediabase, “Bad Things” received 1,565 pop spins during the first five days of the November 6-12 tracking week. The tally bests the same-time-last-week mark by a healthy 55.9%.

While the song is currently only #31 on Mediabase’s building pop chart, it is within striking distance of Dua Lipa’s building #30 “Blow Your Mind (Mwah)” (1,582 spins, +15.1%).

And even if it fails to overtake “Blow Your Mind,” it should still be able to reach the Top 30 on the final chart. Kiiara’s building #10 “Gold” will be removed as a recurrent if it drops below #10 prior to the end of the week (which looks to be near certainty at this point); its removal will elevate all lower-ranked songs by one place.

The single meanwhile received 682 rhythmic spins within the same five-day window, besting the same-time-last-week count by 51.2%.

Like at pop, “Bad Things” is #31 on the building rhythmic chart. Like it pop, it should ascend into the Top 30 before the close of tracking.

It should be able to overtake Post Malone’s building #30 “Deja Vu (featuring Justin Bieber)” (693, -0.4%). It should also rise by an additional two places, as Drake’s building #11 “Too Good (featuring Rihanna)” and Usher’s building #24 “No Limit (featuring Young Thug)” are both set to be removed as recurrents.
