Ratings: “American Horror Story: Roanoke” Rises For Penultimate Episode

AHS [FX]

Presumably benefiting from the absence of World Series competition, this week’s “American Horror Story: Roanoke” enjoyed a gain in the live+same-day ratings.

According to L+SD data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s “AHS” drew a 1.30 adults 18-49 rating and 2.43 million total viewers. Last week’s episode, which faced game seven of the World Series, drew a 1.19 rating and 2.20 million total viewers.

Among adults 18-49, “AHS” was the #1 (broadcast or cable) original in its 10PM timeslot.

Not simply an impressive live+same-day performer, “AHS” also routinely receives mammoth lifts from DVR and multi-platform viewership.

Wednesday’s “AHS” marked the season’s penultimate installment.
