Maroon 5’s “Don’t Wanna Know” Erupts As Hot AC Radio’s Most Added Song

Maroon 5’s new “Don’t Wanna Know” predictably ranks as hot adult contemporary radio’s most added song.

The new single was added by 87 Mediabase-monitored Hot AC stations in conjunction with this week’s official impact. The count more than triples that of the week’s next-most added song.

Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic,” that song, was added by another 26 stations this week.

Credited with 14 adds each, John Legend’s “Love Me Now” and Train’s “Play That Song” tie for third-most added. Goo Goo Dolls’ “Over And Over” follows in fifth with 9 weekly adds.

This week’s other notable Hot AC options: Sia’s “The Greatest” (8 adds, 6th-most), Kenny Chesney’s “Setting The World On Fire (with P!nk)” (7 adds, 7th-most), Ariana Grande’s “Side To Side” (6 adds, 8th-most, tie), Bastille’s “Good Grief” (6 adds, 8th-most, tie), DJ Snake’s “Let Me Love You (featuring Justin Bieber)” (6 adds, 8th-most, tie), James TW’s “When You Love Someone” (6 adds, 8th-most, tie), and The Weeknd’s “Starboy (featuring Daft Punk)” (6 adds, 8th-most, tie).
