Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic,” Cashmere Cat, Selena & Tory’s “Trust Nobody” Debut On Bubbling Under Hot 100

Based purely on its first few days of radio airplay, Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic” earns a spot on this week’s Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart.

The new Mars single starts at #8 on the chart, which ranks the Top 25 songs that have yet to appear on the actual Hot 100.

Positions are determined based on sales and streams from September 30-October 6 and radio airplay from October 3-9. “24K Magic” debuted on October 7, meaning its chart position comes exclusively due to three days of radio activity.

Next week’s set of Billboard charts will account for its first full week in the market; it will surely debut prominently on the actual Hot 100.

As for this week’s Bubbling Under Hot 100, several other songs also debut this week:

— Piko-Taro’s “PPAP (Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen)” takes #2.
— Cashmere Cat’s “Trust Nobody (featuring Selena Gomez & Tory Lanez)” opens at #7.
— Solange’s “Mad (featuring Lil Wayne)” arrives at #9.
— Thomas Rhett’s “Star Of The Show” earns #12
— Wrabel’s “11 Blocks” enters at #23.
