Naomi Campbell Cast In Recurring Role On FOX’s “STAR”

Naomi Campbell, who has appeared on “Empire,” is set to recur on another music-themed drama.

FOX confirms that Campbell will recur on its upcoming series “STAR.”

The model-actress will play Rose, who is Alexandra’s (Ryan Destiny) “beautiful, wealthy and cultivated London-born mother.”

“Featuring a soundtrack of original music and stunning music performances, STAR follows three talented singers, desperate for a new start and with ambitions of stardom, as they navigate the cut-throat music business on their road to success,” says FOX of “STAR.”

The new series stars Queen Latifah as Carlotta, Benjamin Bratt as Jahil, Jude Demorest as Star, Ryan Destiny as Alexandra, Brittany O’Grady as Simone, and Amiyah Scott as Cotton.

Lenny Kravitz will also guest.
