Meghan Trainor’s “Title” Reaches 3X Platinum In US; “Thank You” Certified Gold

Meghan Trainor’s first two albums recently received new certifications from the RIAA.

According to Epic Records, Trainor’s 2015 debut “Title” recently attained triple platinum status. Follow-up “Thank You,” which is her current album, earned a gold certification.

The certifications respectively confirm US unit totals of 3 million and 500,000. Each unit is equal to 1 album sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.

“Title” spawned four multi-platinum radio singles in “All About That Bass,” “Lips Are Movin,” “Dear Future Husband,” and “Like I’m Gonna Lose You.” The album’s title track is gold.

“Thank You” has thus far produced platinum radio singles in “NO” and “Me Too.” The album’s third single “Better (featuring Yo Gotti)” recently launched at radio.
