“Get Weird” Becomes Little Mix’s First Multi-Platinum Album In UK

Little Mix [FOX]

Little Mix’s third studio album is officially its first to go multi-platinum in the UK.

The BPI today announced that Little Mix’s “Get Weird” is double platinum in the United Kingdom. The multi-platinum honor confirms a UK unit total of at least 600,000.

“DNA” and “Salute,” Little Mix’s previous albums, are both platinum in the group’s UK home.

Released in the fall of 2015, “Get Weird” spawned four BPI-certified singles. Lead single “Black Magic” is platinum, while “Love Me Like You,” “Secret Love Song,” and “Hair” are gold.

“Get Weird” is the only album to receive a multi-platinum UK certification this week.
