The Chainsmokers’ “Closer (featuring Halsey)” continues to fly up the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.
The song, which reached #20 on last week’s chart, jumps to #15 on this week’s listing.
“Closer” received ~7,081 spins during the August 14-20 tracking week. The count bests last week’s mark by 2,190 spins, which ranks as the pop format’s greatest weekly airplay gain.
“Closer” is the week’s only addition to the Top 15 at pop radio.
