Drake’s consumption monster “Views” recently ascended to a new multi-platinum tier.

On August 3, 2016, the smash hit album received a triple platinum certification from the RIAA.

The triple platinum certification confirms a US unit total of at least 3 million. An album unit is equal to 1 album sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.

In attaining 3x platinum status, “Views” now outright ranks as the most-certified 2016 album. It was previously tied with Rihanna’s “ANTI.”
