Ratings: MTV’s “Scream” Rises This Week

Scream [MTV]

After several weeks of declines in viewership, MTV’s “Scream” enjoyed an uptick Tuesday.

That uptick, interestingly, came despite competition from the most-watched night of Olympics coverage to date.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Tuesday’s “Scream” drew a 0.18 adults 18-49 rating and 345,000 total viewers.

The numbers are not independently worthy of celebration, but they top the 0.15 adults 18-49 rating and 316,000 viewer mark drawn by last week’s episode.

The demo rating is actually the show’s best since the 0.20 drawn by the July 12 episode.
