Charlie Puth’s “One Call Away,” “Marvin Gaye” Earn 2X Platinum Certifications In United States

July 28, 2016 brought a pair of new RIAA certifications for Charlie Puth.

His “One Call Away” and “Marvin Gaye (featuring Meghan Trainor),” which entered the day as platinum-certified digital singles, left as double platinum ones.

The double-platinum honors confirm US unit totals of at least 2 million. One unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

“One Call Away” and “Marvin Gaye” peaked at #12 and #21, respectively, on the Billboard Hot 100. The songs appear on Puth’s full-length debut “Nine Track Mind.”
