Meghan Trainor’s New Single “Better” Issued To Pop, Hot AC Radio; Impacts In Late August

Meghan Trainor [ABC]

“Me Too,” the second single from Meghan Trainor’s “Thank You,” is on the decline at pop radio and slowing at hot adult contemporary radio.

Amid that reality, Epic Records is beginning to steer attention toward the follow-up.

The label recently serviced Trainor’s “Better (featuring Yo Gotti)” to the pop and hot adult contemporary formats. It will officially go for hot adult contemporary adds on August 29 and pop adds on August 30.

“Better” was first released as an instant gratification track for “Thank You.” It has long been viewed as a likely single candidate.
