The Chainsmokers & Halsey’s “Closer” Officially Impacting Pop, Rhythmic Radio

The Chainsmokers’ “Closer (featuring Halsey)” is officially available for purchase and streaming.

It is also available to pop and rhythmic radio programmers.

Columbia confirms that the eagerly awaited single was made immediately available to stations at both formats. Its “impact” will coincide with the August 2 pop and rhythmic radio add boards.

“Closer” is the follow-up to The Chainsmokers’ “Don’t Let Me Down (featuring Daya),” which spent three weeks atop the pop radio airplay chart and peaked inside the Top 5 at rhythmic.
