Sia & Sean Paul’s “Cheap Thrills” Officially Reaches #1 At Pop Radio

For the first time in her career, Sia holds the top spot on the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

The singer-songwriter reaches the listing’s apex courtesy her single “Cheap Thrills (featuring Sean Paul),” which cruises from #3 to #1 on this week’s chart.

Sia’s hit, which received ~18,683 tracking week spins (+1,592), seizes the throne from Drake’s “One Dance (featuring WizKid & Kyla).” The Drake song falls to #4 this week with ~16,224 spins (-1,130).

Played ~16,773 times during the July 17-23 tracking period (+990), Calvin Harris’ “This Is What You Came For (featuring Rihanna)” rises three places to #2. The Chainsmokers’ former #1 “Don’t Let Me Down (featuring Daya)” drops a place to #3 with ~16,719 (-490), while Justin Timberlake’s former #1 “Can’t Stop The Feeling” slips one spot to #5 with ~14,787 (-1,366).
