Brantley Gilbert’s “The Weekend,” LANco’s “Long Live Tonight” Enter Country Radio’s Top 60

Despite not arriving until the sixth day of the July 17-23 tracking week, Brantley Gilbert’s “The Weekend” received enough airplay to enter country radio’s Top 60.

LANco’s “Long Live Tonight” also officially enters the Top 60.

“The Weekend” ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s #55 song. The song received 624 spins within the confines of the official tracking week, but it is worth noting that Mediabase ranks country songs based on a proprietary points system (spins are given point values based on the size of the market in which they were received) rather than raw airplay.

Bottlenecked by virtue of its late week arrival, “The Weekend” benefited from promotional first day airplay from iHeartMedia stations.

“Long Love Tonight” rises two places to #60. It received 427 spins.
