Jennifer Lopez & Lin-Manuel Miranda Earn Top Hot 100 Debut; Carlos Vives & Shakira Also Enter

Lin-Manuel J-Lo [NBC]

Jennifer Lopez and Lin-Manuel Miranda’s “Love Make The World Go Round” represents the highest charting addition to this week’s Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The benefit single, which benefited from mid-tracking week performances on NBC’s TODAY Show and “The Tonight Show,” debuts at #72 on this week’s listing.

“Love Make The World Go Round” concurrently debuts at #9 on the Digital Songs (sales) subchart, on which it also ranks as the top new entry.

The J.Lo/Lin-Manuel single is not the only male-female collaboration to enter the chart this week. Carlos Vives & Shakira’s “La Bicicleta” also enters. The new addition grabs #95 on the all-encompassing Hot 100, which ranks songs based on combined activity from sales, streaming and radio airplay.

Other Hot 100 debuts come from Zara Larsson as well as Enrique Iglesias, Lil Uzi Vert, Marc E. Bassy, and Galantis.
