Adele’s “Send My Love,” Fifth Harmony’s “All In My Head” Heading Top 15 At Pop Radio

Update: Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home (featuring Ty Dolla $ign)” may not be going recurrent this week. It may end up at #10 on this week’s final Mediabase pop chart; only songs below the Top 10 can be removed as recurrents.

To end up in the Top 10, “Work From Home” would leapfrog James Bay’s rapidly declining “Let It Go.” Bay’s song would also be eligible for recurrent status if it falls below #10.

Its removal would result in the same one-spot bump for Adele’s “Send My Love (To Your New Lover)” (currently #15 on the building chart) and Fifth Harmony’s “All In My Head (Flex)” (currently #16 on the building chart), thus bringing both into the official Top 15.
=============

Adele’s “Send My Love,” which reached #16 on last week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart, is poised to climb into the Top 15 this week.

Fifth Harmony’s “All In My Head (Flex) (featuring Fetty Wap)” also looks like a safe bet to enter that region of the chart.

“Send My Love” received 4,555 spins during the first five days of the July 10-16 tracking period. Up 20.6% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “Send My Love” at #15 on Mediabase’s building chart.

“All In My Head” directly follows at #16 on the building chart. It received 4,402 spins during the tracking period’s first five days, besting last week’s mark by 28.9%.

While only “Send My Love” holds a Top 15 position on the building chart, both are poised to enter that region on the final chart. Fifth Harmony’s previous “Work From Home,” which is currently #12 on the building chart, will be removed as a recurrent this week. That will bump “Send My Love” and “All In My Head” up by one place on the final chart, thus earning both songs Top 15 positions.

Flume’s building #17 “Never Be Like You (featuring Kai)” would also enter the Top 15 in the event that James Bay’s “Let It Go” falls out of the Top 10 and qualifies for recurrent status. It is currently #10 on building with 5,539 spins (-19.6% from last week) but could potentially be leapfrogged by Shawn Mendes’ building #13 “Treat You Better” (5,388 spins, +11.6%), which would also leapfrog Nick Jonas’ building #11 “Close (featuring Tove Lo)” and the aforementioned building #12 “Work From Home.”

“Let It Go” falling below the similarly declining “Close” (#11 on building, 5,388 spins, -17.2%) would also do the trick in terms of opening up an additional Top 15 slot.
