Ratings: “Outcast” Posts Viewership Gain In Week Four

Outcast [Cinemax]

On a linear, live+same-day basis, Friday’s “Outcast” was the Cinemax drama’s most watched episode yet.

According to national data posted by Showbuzz, Friday’s episode drew a 0.06 adults 18-49 rating and 249,000 total viewers. The demo rating matches that of the previous broadcast, but the viewership sum represents a big gain from the 152,000 drawn by last week’s episode.

Not simply the leader among the four episodes, this week’s installment was the first to draw over 200,000 live+same-day viewers.

Despite the week-to-week improvement, this week’s viewership number is still disappointing by any reasonable pre-premiere expectation or standard.
