While a formal “impact” has not yet been confirmed, Tinie Tempah’s “Girls Like (featuring Zara Larsson)” has been gaining traction at US radio.

The international hit is receiving airplay on several CBS pop stations in the US, with New York’s 92.3 AMP providing a particularly substantial amount of spins.

According to Mediabase, the major market station played “Girls Like” 55 times over the seven days between June 16 and 22. That represents a gain of 17 from the airplay provided during the June 9-15 period.

Other notable early supporters include San Francisco’s 99-7 NOW (10 spins over the past seven days, +3) and Orlando’s 101.9 AMP (9 spins, all new). Baltimore’s Mix 106-5 played the song 4 times over the past seven days, while Boston’s 103.3 AMP offered 3 spins.

The four aforementioned stations are all owned by CBS. At least two Royce-owned stations played the song twice during the June 16-22 period.
