“Orphan Black” Posts Season High Ratings For Season Finale

Orphan Black [BBC America]

Thursday’s “Orphan Black” was the final episode of the fourth season.

From a live+same-day standpoint, it was also the highest-rated episode of the fourth season.

According to national data posted by Showbuzz, the fourth season “Orphan Black” finale drew a 0.13 adults 18-49 rating and 0.33 million total viewers. The numbers, which best the 0.12 rating and 0.29 million drawn last week, represent season highs.

While “week-to-week growth” and “season highs” represent positive concepts, this week’s numbers are not themselves strong. The viewership total trails that posted by every single third season episode.

BBC America announced this week that “Orphan Black” has been renewed for a fifth — and final — season of ten episodes.
