“Scream Queens” Returns On 9/20; “Lethal Weapon” Debuts, “Empire” Returns On September 21

Wednesday, NBC revealed the premiere dates for its fall series.

Thursday, FOX did the same for its lineup.

The network revealed that its 2016-17 season will commence with the September 19 season premieres of “Gotham” and “Lucifer.”

FOX’s Tuesday lineup, which features “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” “New Girl,” and “Scream Queens,” begins its season on September 20, while new Wednesday drama “Lethal Weapon” and returning flagship “Empire” premiere on September 21.

Premiere week continues with “Rosewood” and “The Pitch” on 9/22, “Hell’s Kitchen” and “The Exorcist” on 9/23 and “Bob’s Burgers,” “The Simpsons,” “Son Of Zorn,” “Family Guy” and “The Last Man On Earth” on 9/25.
