In the epitome of a predictable development, Columbia Nashville has confirmed that Maren Morris’ “80s Mercedes” will soon impact country radio as the follow-up to “My Church.”

The label has set a June 27 “adds date” for the song, which was co-written by Morris and busbee.

A fan favorite, “80s Mercedes” appears on Morris’ self-titled EP and her newly released LP “Hero.”

The aforementioned “My Church” has reached the Top 10 of the Mediabase and Billboard country radio charts.
