“Stitchers” Airs Without “Shadowhunters,” Still Enjoys Ratings Gain

Airing without lead-in support from an original “Shadowhunters” for the first time this season, Freeform’s “Stitchers” posted week-to-week gains in adults 18-49 and total viewership.

According to data from Showbuzz, Tuesday’s episode posted a 0.16 adults 18-49 rating and reached 0.39 million total viewers. While neither figure is strong even by the show’s modest standard, both top the series low marks posted last week.

Last week’s episode, which followed the season finale of “Shadowhunters,” drew a 0.11 and 0.34 million.

“Stitchers” has notably been airing at 10PM this season. It spent its first season in the 9PM timeslot; most of those episodes received lead-in support from “Pretty Little Liars.”
