The chart ranks songs based on combined activity from sales, streaming, and radio airplay.

Weekly sales played a particularly valuable role in securing the song’s Hot 100 position. In conjunction with its #74 ranking on the overall chart, “Wasted Time” takes #25 on the Digital Songs (sales) subchart.

“Wasted Time” also enjoyed a gain in weekly airplay, but it nonetheless slips to #21 on the Country Airplay chart.

— The #74 position represents the song’s rank among all genres. It concurrently grabs #17 (+12) on the genre-specific Hot Country Songs chart.
