ZAYN’s “PILLOWTALK” Enters Pop Radio’s Top 5; Lukas Graham’s “7 Years” Joins Top 10

The Top 5 and Top 10 of Mediabase’s pop radio airplay chart each welcome one new addition this week.

Up three places, ZAYN’s “PILLOWTALK” joins the Top 5 at #4. The song received ~14,237 spins during the April 3-9 tracking week (+1,045).

In reaching #4, “PILLOWTALK” notably ties the highest position achieved by his former group One Direction. 1D twice hit #4 — once with breakthrough hit “What Makes You Beautiful” and later with “Story Of My Life.”

As “PILLOWTALK” moves into the Top 5, Lukas Graham’s “7 Years” joins the Top 10. The Danish act’s breakthrough rises one place to #10 on the strength of its ~11,187 weekly spins (+1,066).
