Rachel Platten’s two previous singles “Fight Song” and “Stand By You” both spent multiple weeks atop the hot adult contemporary airplay chart.

Unsurprisingly, Hot AC programmers are demonstrating enthusiasm over her new single “Better Place.”

Picked up by 21 Mediabase-monitored stations this week, “Better Place” ranks as the Hot AC radio’s most added song.

Next on the weekly add board is Flo Rida’s “My House.” The multi-format hit was picked up by 11 Hot AC stations this week.

Each added by 10 stations, Ariana Grande’s “Dangerous Woman” and Selena Gomez’ “Hands To Myself” tie for third. Each added by 7 stations, Troye Sivan’s “YOUTH” and Mike Posner’s “I Took A Pill In Ibiza” tie for fifth.

This week’s other notable Hot AC options: Ruth B’s “Lost Boy” (6 adds, 7th), Genevieve’s “Show Your Colors” (5 adds, 8th, tie), Jason Derulo’s “If It Ain’t Love” (5 adds, 8th, tie), Shawn Hook’s “Sound Of Your Heart” (5 adds, 8th, tie), Sia’s “Cheap Thrills (featuring Sean Paul)” (5 adds, 8th, tie) and The Strumbellas’ “Spirits” (5 adds, 8th, tie).
