“Work From Home” Pacing To Set New Fifth Harmony Peak At Rhythmic Radio

Fifth Harmony [ABC]

“Work From Home (featuring Ty Dolla $ign)” is on track to reach a new Fifth Harmony high on the Mediabase rhythmic airplay chart.

The lead “7/27” single received 1,768 spins during the March 27-April 2 tracking week. Up 28.7% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “Work From Home” at #14 on Mediabase’s building chart.

“Work From Home” should have no trouble retaining its #14 position through the close of tracking. ZAYN’s building #15 “PILLOWTALK” trails by only 7 spins, but the Fifth Harmony song’s greater rate of growth (it is up 28.7% this week, while “PILLOWTALK” is up by 12.8%) suggests the lead should actually grow in the next two days.

And even if it does slip to #15, “Work From Home” will still rank as Fifth Harmony’s highest-charting rhythmic single. “Worth It (featuring Kid Ink),” which previously held that honor, peaked at #17.

It should additionally be noted that “Work From Home” will be setting the Fifth Harmony peak in just its fourth week on the chart. “Worth It” reached its peak after a lengthy tenure — and a boost from the iHeartRadio “On The Verge” program.
