The Hot 100 climb continues for Adele’s “When We Were Young,” which this week leaps into the chart’s Top 15.

The song, which was #20 on last week’s chart, improves to #14 on this week’s listing.

Also on the upward move is Lukas Graham’s “7 Years.” Aided by big gains in overall activity, the song rockets fifteen places to a new peak of #20.
