Grammys: Kendrick Lamar Sweeps Rap Categories As “To Pimp A Butterfly” Wins For Album

Kendrick Lamar has officially swept the four Grammy categories for rap music.

The acclaimed artist, who earlier won the awards for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song, just earned the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album.

The honor was distributed to his “To Pimp A Butterfly,” which is also up for the all-genre Album Of The Year.

Other rap album nominees were 2014 Forest Hills Drive, The Pinkprint, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, and Compton.
