Reporting to the weekly Mediabase pop radio add board, Los Angeles’ 102.7 KIIS FM confirms five weekly playlist pickups.
The influential pop station has officially added One Direction’s “History,” ZAYN’s “PILLOWTALK,” Rihanna’s “Work (featuring Drake),” Kygo’s “Stole The Show (featuring Parson James)” and Empire Of The Sun’s “Walking On A Dream.”
The former three songs are formally impacting the pop format this week. “Stole The Show” has been developing momentum in recent weeks, while Empire Of The Sun’s tune — first released in 2008 — is back on the radar due to its inclusion in Honda’s “The Dreamer” commercial.
