Ratings: “Austin & Ally” Finale Draws Over 3 Million Viewers

The series finale of Disney Channel’s “Austin & Ally” predictably enjoyed huge gains from the previous episode.

Comprised of two episodes, Sunday’s finale occupied the entire 8PM hour. The 8PM episode drew what Nielsen reports as a 0.60 adults 18-49 rating, a 0.51 adults 18-34 and 2.891 million total viewers, while the 8:30PM installment posted a 0.64 A18-49 rating, a 0.55 A18-34 rating and 3.201 million in viewership.

Both episodes considerably outperformed the previous episode, which drew a 0.30 in adults 18-49, a 0.28 in adults 18-34 and 1.505 million total viewers.

Upon airing, the 8PM episode became the most watched “Austin & Ally” since the January 18, 2015 season four premiere (3.08 million). The 8:30PM finale then became the most watched episode since the November 3, 2013 episode (3.48 million).
