J. Cole’s “2014 Forest Hills Drive,” which crossed the 1 million end-consumer sales mark (let alone shipments mark) this past summer, has finally received its platinum certification from the RIAA.

The certification, confirming a US shipment count of at least 1 million, was issued on January 8, 2016.

Released in December 2014, “2014 Forest Hills Drive” sold 353,000 US copies during its first week of release. To date, it has sold approximately 1.1 million pure copies in the United States.
