Ratings: The CW’s “Reign” Holds in Demo, Enjoys Increased Viewership

Airing for the first time since December 4, 2015, The CW’s “Reign” held steady in adults 18-49 but posted a season high figure in total viewership.

Per Nielsen fast national data, Friday’s episode drew a 0.3 adults 18-49 rating and 1.159 million total viewers.

The previous episode posted the same 0.3 rating but reached a total of 1.039 million audience members.

While the viewership figure for “Reign” does often endure a slight downward adjustment in the final report, it may still hold as a season high. Prior to this week’s broadcast, the most watched third season episode was “Fight or Flight,” which reached 1.090 million viewers on November 20, 2015.

— Friday’s “Reign” led into a “Penn & Teller” re-run (0.3, 938,000 viewers).
