Ratings: Spike’s “Lip Sync Battle” Posts Series High For “Tatum Takeover”

Thursday’s edition of “Lip Sync Battle,” which served as the second season premiere, was the Spike series’ highest-rated and most-watched installment.

Airing from 10-11:01PM, the episode posted a strong 1.37 adults 18-49 rating and 2.495 million total viewers.

Series highs, the numbers were up comfortably from those of the series premiere (0.98 rating, 2.099 million viewers across back-to-back episodes) and considerably from those of the season one finale (0.69 rating, 1.404 million).

Informally dubbed “Tatum Takeover,” Thursday’s episode featured Channing Tatum vs. Jenna Dewan Tatum. Beyonce and Paula Abdul made guest appearances.
