Adele’s “25” predictably dominated another weekly album sales race. The victory marked the seventh straight for the album, which has yet to leave the top spot since arriving in November.

Per an approximation from Hits Daily Double, “25” sold approximately 172,573 US copies during the January 1-7 tracking week. The lowest weekly tally yet for “25,” it nonetheless bests that of the nearest competitor by a factor of nearly 3.

Justin Bieber’s “Purpose,” which repeats as the week’s #2 seller, sold approximately 54,947 weekly US copies.

While the final, more authoritative Billboard/Nielsen report will reflect discrepancies in the specific sales numbers, the outcome will be the same: Adele’s “25” will be #1, and Justin Bieber’s “Purpose” will be #2 on Top Album Sales.

The week’s other notable sellers included Chris Stapleton’s “Traveller” (~32,324), Rachel Platten’s “Wildfire” (~27,971), One Direction’s “Made In The AM” (~21,766), twenty one pilots’ “Blurryface” (~20,899), and Taylor Swift’s “1989” (~20,326).
