Disturbed’s “The Light” extends its reign at active rock radio.

Spun 2,148 times during the December 27-January 2 tracking week (+5), the song rules the Mediabase active rock airplay chart for a fifth straight week.

Its closest competition again comes from Five Finger Death Punch’s “Wash It All Away,” which holds at #2 courtesy its 2,059 weekly spins (-11).

Shinedown’s “State Of My Head” (1,598 spins, -47) and Halestorm’s “I Am The Fire” (1,403, =) again follow at #3 and #4, respectively, while Seether’s “Save Today” grabs #5.

The song, which is making its first Top 5 appearance, earned 1,324 weekly plays (+25).
