Powered by the format’s greatest weekly spin gain, Adele’s “When We Were Young” blasts into the Top 25 on this week’s Mediabase pop airplay chart.

Spun ~4,041 times during the December 27-January 2 tracking week, “WWWY” jumps six places to #22 on the chart.

This week’s spin count bests last week’s by a healthy 1,290. No other song enjoyed a gain of that significance.

“When We Were Young” is one of two additions to the Top 25. Flo Rida’s “My House,” the other, enjoys a one-spot lift to #25.

It received ~3,100 weekly plays (+156).
