Jess Glynne’s “Hold My Hand” and Alessia Cara’s “Here” cross new checkpoints on the Mediabase hot adult contemporary airplay chart.

“Hold My Hand” officially enters the Top 15 this week. Spun ~2,091 times during the November 29-December 5 tracking week (+152), “Hold My Hand” rises one place to #15.

Alessia Cara’s “Here,” meanwhile, advances into the Top 20. The song, which is now the #1 song at rhythmic radio, claims #18 on the Hot AC chart. Up three places, it received ~1,568 weekly plays (+183).
