Alessia Cara’s “Here” Claims #1 at Rhythmic Radio; Travi$ Scott Joins Top 5

Alessia Cara [Paradigm]

When it comes to rhythmic radio, the reign of Drake’s “Hotline Bling” is officially over. The song slips from the top spot, where it spent the past seven weeks.

The new leader? Alessia Cara’s “Here.”

Up one place, the singer-songwriter’s breakthrough hit takes #1 on this week’s Mediabase rhythmic radio airplay chart. It received approximately 6,354 spins during the November 29-December 5 airplay chart (+222).

The aforementioned “Hotline Bling,” which slips one place to #2, received ~6,224 weekly plays (-734).

Spun ~5,558 times during the official tracking week (+287), Post Malone’s “White Iverson” rises one place to #3. Fetty Wap’s “679” slips one spot to #4 (~4,960, -619), while Travi$ Scott’s “Antidote” follows at #5 (~3,730, +753).

Up five places, “Antidote” is making its first appearance inside the Top 5. This week’s spin count bests last week’s by a whopping 753. That represents the rhythmic radio format’s greatest weekly airplay gain.
