Ratings: “Awkward,” “Faking It” Rise This Week; “Follow The Rules” Sinks

While MTV’s 9PM comedies “Awkward” and “Faking It” posted gains this week, 10PM series “Follow The Rules” suffered a substantial second week decline.

Per Nielsen cable data, Monday’s “Awkward” drew a 0.41 adults 18-49 rating with 810,000 total viewers. Both numbers best those of the previous episode, which managed a 0.32 with 631,000 total viewers.

This week’s “Awkward” was the most-watched episode since the August 31 season premiere.

The season finale of “Faking It” followed with a 0.24 adults 18-49 rating and 515,000 total viewers. Its numbers top the 0.20 rating and 441,000 viewership mark achieved by the previous week’s broadcast.

— Airing at 10PM, MTV’s “Follow The Rules” sank to a 0.12 with 240,000 total viewers. Last week’s premiere scored a substantially stronger — but still modest — 0.17 with 380,000 audience members.

— “Girl Code Live” closed MTV’s evening with a 0.09 rating and 166,000 total viewers.
