Twenty One Pilots’ “Holding On To You,” “Car Radio” Certified Gold in the US

As current radio release “Stressed Out” flies toward the top spot at alternative radio, twenty one pilots can also celebrate new achievements for two earlier singles.

The duo’s “Holding On To You” and “Car Radio” recently earned gold certifications under the RIAA’s digital singles program.

Issued on October 15 and October 16, 2015, respectively, the certifications confirm US unit totals of at least 500,000. One unit is equal to 1 paid download or 100 streams.

“Holding On To You” and “Car Radio” both appear on twenty one pilots’ Fueled By Ramen debut “Vessel.”
