Ratings: HBO’s “The Leftovers” Sinks This Week

At the time it aired, last week’s season two “The Leftovers” premiere was the series’ lowest-rated and least-watched episode on record.

This week’s episode posted even weaker numbers.

Forced to contend with the season premiere of “The Walking Dead” (in addition to Sunday Night Football and the other network programs), “Leftovers” drew a paltry 0.25 adults 18-49 rating with 552,000 total viewers.

Both numbers trail those of last week’s already weakly rated premiere, which drew a 0.33 with 713,000.
