While everyone remembers the impact of Taylor Swift’s “1989 World Tour,” it was a showcase on “Good Morning America” that first sent Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song” into the upper reaches of the iTunes single sales chart.
On the immediate heels of her May 14 “GMA” performance, “Fight Song” rocketed into the Top 5 on iTunes.
Can such lightning strike twice?
We will find out on October 8, when Platten returns for another performance on ABC’s popular morning show. This visit comes in support of follow-up single “Stand By You.”
