Ellie Goulding’s “On My Mind” Debuts at #22 on Hot 100

The lead single from Ellie Goulding’s “Delirium” is already a Top 25 hit in the United States.

Powered by stellar initial sales (an early Interscope report says 77.9K during the September 18-24 tracking week; final data will be shared upon availability), streaming and airplay, Goulding’s “On My Mind” starts at #22 on the all-encompassing Billboard Hot 100. It is the week’s highest-charting debut.

In earning that #22 position, “On My Mind” becomes Goulding’s fourth-highest-charting official single (as a lead artist). Previous hits “Lights,” “Burn” and “Love Me Like You Do” peaked at #2, #13, and #3, respectively.
