Drake’s “Hotline Bling” Enjoys Another Sales Gain; Total Now Over 200K

In addition to enjoying a big airplay gain, Drake’s “Hotline Bling” posted another healthy week-over-week sales increase.

According to Nielsen Music, “Hotline Bling” drove 54.1K paid US downloads during the August 28-September 3 tracking week. Up 24% from the previous week’s mark, the tally brings the song’s cume to 206.2K sales.

“Hotline Bling” enjoyed particularly strong week-over-week boosts in Dallas (+58% to 1.8K sales), New York (+34% to 7.8K sales), and Houston (+31% to 2.2K sales).

The song has also generated significant Shazam activity in those cities.
