The Weeknd’s “The Hills” Officially Reaches Pop Radio’s Top 15

The Weeknd [NBC]

Like Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?” and Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams,” The Weeknd’s “The Hills” makes its inaugural Top 20 appearance on this week’s Mediabase pop chart.

Unlike those songs, “The Hills” also earns a place within the Top 15.

Spun ~6,371 times during the August 30-September 5 tracking week (+2,018), “The Hills” jumps nine places to a new peak of #13 on the chart.

The song’s Top 15 pop ascent comes as it rises to #1 on the rhythmic airplay chart.

“The Hills” is the only addition to the Top 15 on this week’s pop chart.
