Ratings: MTV’s “Scream” Sinks To New Lows in Viewership, Adults 18-49

Tuesday’s edition of “Scream” was the MTV series’ lowest-rated and least-watched broadcast yet.

The episode, which was the ninth of the inaugural season, drew a mere 0.28 adults 18-49 rating with 554,000 total viewers.

Both numbers trail those of last week’s episode, which posted a 0.30 with 645,000 viewers. They also represent new series lows.

Tuesday’s “Scream” meanwhile tied a series low (0.42) in adults 18-34.

Despite its underwhelming-to-poor season one ratings, “Scream” has already earned a second season renewal.
