Little Mix’s “Black Magic” Enjoys 153% Weekly Sales Gain

Powered by growing radio exposure and performances on Taylor Swift’s “1989 World Tour,” FOX’s Teen Choice Awards, CBS’ “Late Late Show With David Letterman” and NBC’s “TODAY,” Little Mix’s “Black Magic” enjoyed a 153% sales gain during the August 14-20 tracking week.

Per Columbia and Nielsen Music, the song drove approximately 28,000 US sales during the seven-day tracking period.

By far the song’s best sales week yet, the tally foretells a rise on this week’s all-encompassing Billboard Hot 100. The song debuted at #99 on last week’s chart.

Up in all major markets, “Black Magic” received a considerably great boost in Los Angeles. Per Nielsen Music data, it experienced a 217% uptick in weekly Los Angeles sales.

“Black Magic” concurrently rose by 209% in San Francisco and 191% in New York.
