Hailee Steinfeld & Brittany Snow (ABC)

Hailee Steinfeld’s “Love Myself” should comfortably debut within the Top 40 on this week’s official Mediabase airplay chart.

“Love Myself” received 772 pop plays during the first three days of the current tracking week, which commenced on August 9 and concludes on August 15. That positions Steinfeld’s new single at #33 on Mediabase’s building pop radio airplay chart.

Guided by airplay for the aforementioned August 9-15 tracking period, Mediabase’s official airplay chart will emerge Sunday evening. It will surely feature “Love Myself” within the confines of its Top 40.

Significant credit for the song’s early surge is owed to the iHeartRadio “On the Verge” program. The program entitles “Love Myself” to guaranteed airplay from the vast network of iHeartMedia pop stations.

The song is not, however, without support from some non-iHeart stations. Other early leaders include San Francisco’s 99-7 NOW (CBS), Miami’s Hits 97.3 (Cox), and Radio Disney.
